Ed eccoci qui, al termine dell'estate.

Pronte ad accogliere un autunno che sembra essere

più puntuale del solito. 

Addio a t-shirt, sandali capresi ed ai miei adorati shorts.

And here we are, at the end of the summer.
Ready to welcome a fall that seems to be
more precise than usual.
Goodbye to t-shirts, Capri sandals and my beloved shorts.

Il freddo pungente, o quasi, è tornato a farsi sentire,

costringendoci a tirar fuori dai nostri guardaroba,

 felpe e maglioncini prima del previsto.

The bitter cold, or nearly so, it's returned to be felt,
forcing us to pull out from our wardrobe,
  sweatshirts and sweaters.

Intanto preparo l'elenco delle cose da fare

ad inizio settembre.
